join Leadfinders - however, only accept
one person from each field or business category. So if you are a
residential real estate person and we do not have a
residential real estate person you are free to apply for

What
is the purpose of Leadfinders?
The purpose
of Leadfinders is to assist you in getting
good business referrals that will expand your
business. We are dedicated to maximizing the
use of your time and resources to get good business
referrals. We are a
business building group dedicated to increasing
members' business success.

What
occupations benefit the most?
It is not the occupation, it
is the individual. The occupation can be anything.
If you're focused and you have a dream and you're
willing to help other businesses succeed along with
yours, you are the person we
want in the group.

Are
we supposed to bring visitors?
You're
encouraged to bring visitors for those occupations /
business category
that are open, after the visitor has been
prescreened, if they're a viable candidate. Except
for potential members and guest speakers, its a
closed meeting.

Are
members reputable?
It's word of mouth, so before
a potential member can even come to a
meeting they have to have been
invited by someone in the group. Everyone has to
have a sponsor. We also have a membership committee
that checks out each business.

How
often / long are the meetings?
Leadfinders meets weekly on
Thursdays. The meeting starts promptly at 7:30am and
ends at 8:30am. Once a month the group takes a "roadshow", when it meets at a member business location,
to learn more about that business firsthand.

How is my business
promoted?
Each member
gives a 1 minute promotional presentation at the beginning of each meeting. Members are also scheduled to give
an in-depth 10-minute presentation at least twice per year.

How many people can
join?
Although we do not have an
actual limit as the number of people that can join,
we have found that a group of up to 40 people allows
for the greatest benefits of lead exchange, while
still maintaining a personal yet professional
atmosphere for the group.

Can I have more than one
"category"?
Members can
only represent one business category.

Is my business a good
fit?
Leadfinders members come from
a wide cross section of businesses, including
accountants, travel agents, lawyers, insurance
agents and consultants. Leads and tips are exchanged amongst
all the members, whether it be a one-person business to an manufacturer with dozens of
employees. Your business is a good fit if it will
benefit from tips and leads from other businesses,
and if you can help others succeed too.
